Lion Construction teamed with DiPasquale Construction Inc for the Demolition and Abatement package at SUNY Oswego for the Hewitt Hall Project. Lion’s scope consisted of the complete interior demolition and asbestos abatement of the building totaling 150,000sqft of space. All demolition was completed under asbestos abatement conditions to avoid any type of exposure or incidental disturbance of friable asbestos due to the large amount of spray on fireproofing located behind walls on associated steel beams. The project was completed Safely and on time.
