Lion Construction completed the full demolition of the former St. Anthony’s Convent in Syracuse, NY, following a fire. Spanning over 50,000 square feet, the project required advanced demolition techniques to carefully dismantle the structure while prioritizing precision, safety, and efficiency. Through meticulous planning, we minimized disruption to the surrounding community and prepared the site for future development. Specialized equipment, including a 350X4 with over 50 feet of reach and an HKD Blue water jet, was used to control dust and maintain site control throughout the process.
